Do you give guarantee for Breakage?

No Guarantee for Breakage of any product, we give guarantee for the content of GOLD in a particular product (916) (22ct Gold or 9ct or 18ct) purchased from us. Breakage is occurrence of wear and tear and how you manage your product (gold).

I would like to return a gift that was sent to me? How would I do that?

We can offer you trade-in for the particular product with another product of a similar price which is equivalent to the gift trade in amount) the difference in the amount will need to be paid by the customer for the new product + freight charges.

Do you repair Jewelleries?

Yes, we do repair of jewelleries at a cost. Depending on the quantity of breakage and the amount of work the price varies for different items. But we repair the Jewellery and polish it as for our customers (Price of Jewellery Making starts from as low as $15 – $300)

Do you do engrave on Badges, Trophies, Medals, Shields?

Yes, we do engrave on all of the above items as per customer requirements. We can directly do engraving on the product or also on a gold or silver plate and install it on the trophy or shield as per customers’ requirements. Our engraving starts at $25-$500 (Price varies for scope of work).

Purchasing online, full payment plus freight for your product + destination needs to be done into our company account before we dispatch the parcel to the given destination.

No Lay-by policy for Online (website platform buyers). Pay directly into our bank and your parcel will be on the way to your destination.

What are the currency customers will convert to when purchasing a product online?

All the transactions will be done in Fijian dollars (FJD); therefore, customers will need to convert the country currency to FJD while purchasing the product. For e.g. a person wants to pay from USA, he/she will first convert the currency to FJD before purchasing the product.

What is the turnaround time for the locally produced Gold Jewellery (Custom Made Orders)? and will customers face delay in delivery.

If customers are willing to give order for a local made product e.g. Bangles, Chains, Bracelets, Rings. (our manufacturing team will ensure the product is ready in 7-10 days. Therefore, our customers will not face delay and should be able to get their product delivered to them within 14-21days.

Tracking facility? Is it available for the customers once they have purchased the products?

Yes, Customers will be given an order number once they cash out and successfully purchased the item. This will enable them to track their order from the time they have purchased the product until it reaches its destination.
